    I would keep the prop pitch stock and get a decent tach to make sure it isn’t over revving and causing cavitation assuming the pump is same size (think it probably is)

    Looking good... been reading up on the head studs can they be fitted without removing the head? Wondering if that’s a worthwhile upgrade to try to prevent head cracks?

    Oil tank was pretty full... in fact it was full when started and we’re out less than an hour........was pretty full when checked.

    Ski finally been out on the water started off ok but then has a couple of issues oil light came on but plenty of oil...any easy way to test sensor?

    Later on it started to loose power, would rev up...

    Mine was 13/22 from solas factory according to the box, and was checked by someone who knows impellers prior to install, interesting point about the boost without installing a boost gauge no idea...

    Definitely check electrolyte levels and regularly once battery has been over charged its never going to hold a good charge long term I have an old battery I use as a back up and to run oil pump etc...

    On a 4 stroke open throttle when cranking should stop fuel, this is how you clear a flooded motor of water (with plugs out).

    my guess is as ski was sat and then cranked he has depleted the battery...

    new engine unless it had a new ecu the hours would carry...
