Well…. Make a cart for it of course!!! I had a bunch of 1/8” steel tubing laying around. We found some plans and went to town. Just needs paint and bunks!!

Thanks for the good tips!! It already has a newer AGM installed.
I plan on changing out the fuel lines, like we did on our GPR.
I will definitely look into installing a bilge pump.

WSM isn’t that bad, but you can find good used parts on eBay but too.

Muriatic acid is way to harsh… lime away or vinegar would’ve been a better bet.
You’re gonna need some good use carbs to get you going.

It was REALLY bad with deep gauges. The pot marks will cause hot spots on the head.

I'd agree with dirty carbs. Likely an issue with acc pump or fuel pumps.

did you replace that small clear plastic finger inside the carb?

If there’s a constant drip the needle and seat is leaking.

Did you grease the gaskets during the install to help them seal?

Yeah… I can see that. My friend always says ours always sounds wired… until he pegs it, then they love the BRAPPAGE!!

Wish I had an answer for ya, but with the R&D heads ours is pretty aggressive.

Make sure to use only genuine MIkuni parts.

One thing I forgot to mention… if you routed your fuel lines wrong, your issue will happen. The feed goes to the last carb, return out the front.

The passages get gunked up, preventing fuel flow.

When you rebuilt the carbs did you use Mikuni kits?
Did you clean the carb filters?
Did you rebuild to Oside specs?
