made some good progress today.....I feel like one the three things corrected the problem ( if not a combo of the 3 ) , oil level was a little high( lowered it to less than 1/2 way up the...

just as a update...I did do thru hull....not as loud as i thought, great sound....did pick up some MPH ...but this could be because i have quite a few mods and trying to go through stock...
