Yup, Prop, Housing, and wear ring were a piece of cake but the ski still isn't running right.

My Speedster has the same issue.
Typically, I use my wet/ dry vac to suck up the water that doesn't drain properly.

FYI....I added this to do some bass fishing. The trolling motor is detachable. To support this, I also added an additional battery and a two bank water proof battery charger.
