    I'd pressure test the intercooler. It could be dumping a bit of saltwater into the intake which partially evaporates when it hits the hot supercharger causing salt build up.

    SS is nice against sticks but man does it eat up the edges of impellers. Every single one of mine got eaten up at the edges and less important burn marks at the hub.

    That's quite a shitty spot to put a battery vent at. It should be placed where any discharge gets dumped into the water and not onto the deck, and riders, of the ski.

    I wouldn't use silicone, if you ever have to change to something else the residue will prevent other adhesives from sticking.

    4200 will be better than silicone and still removable.
