What exactly is wrong with the head?

Is there any damage?

Just a valve job?

If you check the exhaust hose from the muffler/waterbox it may be blistered on the inside.
This happened to me in the past....

That set-up will run lean....not enough fuel.
You must have a tune if you run an intercooler, as it needs to adjust for increased power from cooler air being forced into the engine. Riva Stage 2

Try PWC parts on ebay.....they bought tons of stuff when the y went out of business.

Hi....a bog is usually a lean Condition do to lack of fuel.
Could be the filter in the carbs in the fuel pump area.
Could be cracked fuel pickup. If your ski runs perfect on the reserve position...

Go with Impros suggestions and new wear ring and oversized impeller runs great!
