Put the fittings for the pressure relief on the spacer . Doing some -6 lines for the water , not 100% happy with some of the lines , might get some straight fittings and some 45deg...

Can you weld a short length of 4" pipe to the front of the box to angle it in slightly to the centre of the ski , also moving it back too . Cut it short aswell . Will that give you more clearance ???

Im running an alloy through hull ... it will have water pumped into it .. from the down pipe and from the cooler ... heaps of water will flow through it

The up and down pipes are stainless and waterjacketed . I made it longer so i could lower the turbo down behind the motor so the stock seat will fit 467468

Welded up the extra water fitting , removed the gauges as motec dash will take care of that , dummy fit the turbo for an extra support bracket . It now fits under an unmodified seat ... waiting on a...

I used a flat alloy plate and threaded the holes for the factory bolts ....

2 reasons i see why yamaha will not go turbo ,
#1 it will be too easy for a owner to add more boost and blow it up .
#2 they sell a heap of replacement clutches .

Yeah Troy me too , its going to have a heap of goodies on this new hull , motec ecu and maybe a CDL3 dash , cant wait to fit the new manifold on it . Its nearly finished getting welded up now ....
