bad stator or reg/rec would be my guess. its under warranty, correct ?, take it to a dealer, have them fix it/check it.

just went out and measured my bunks, from center to center on the bunks on my trailer is 30 inches for my 2015 fx ho cruiser. please keep in mind, my trailer is a triton :-).

my 2015 fx ho cruiser meets all your needs. although, i hardly ride in salt water ?, but did run it in FL on a vacation awhile back, no issues what so ever.

pretty sure the fx ho's, and the fx ho cruisers did not have cam chain problems, it was mostly the super charged versions.
