Grab it from the front of the ski (under the mirrors) and spread it apart while lifting. It is going to come off right before you think its going to break. Make sure you disconnect the gauge first.

Try to find a stock gpr prop from an 05+ just to see if you can get the RPM's up. I wouldnt go bending that prop just yet.

I wouldn't trust a sbt reconditioned prop. A under propped ski will cavitate no matter what u do.

You dont need the pieces I circled for an RXP they are for a primer and the other is a button holder. .

You can give it more cable by turning the nut. Don't forget that the bracket goes into the groove.
