I just ended up drilling the carbs, it did not make a difference.

Then i rebuilt carbs again with a OEM mikuni kit, it seemed to work better, but still getting killed at WOT.

A local guy helped...

Not sure on availability to you but WSM do a good pump housing with plastic replaceable wear ring. Around £140 in the U.K. complete ready to bolt on, and the wear rings are about £30 if it gets...

Needs air to run, throttles/throttle cables missed adjusted, missing gaskets at carb/base/reed seal, pulse line off/cracked, if you stop the Air leak, it Can't run

The smaller hole is the return. It easily clogs due to its small diameter. Make sure it is clear
