There are three different filters in the fuel system. The first being the strainer at the end of the pickup tube in the fuel tank. The second being the in-line filter in the hull. The third being a...

Yep, the 2 strokes do use a lot of fuel, especially if you ride them hard. Kawasaki rates both mine at one hour @ full throttle on a tank of fuel. I would assume the Ultra 150 is about the same.

You could message one of the eBay sellers that is parting one out and see if they have one and will sell it to you. Get the bolt and washers too.

The sending unit is a common fail point on these. I have had to replace both of mine. It is held in with a large hose clamp, but is too long to just lift out of the tank. I think I had to unstrap my...

The through hull seal is the most likely culprit as it won't show up while running it on the hose. Coolant line leaks, rotted out exhaust manifold, holes in muffler should show up on the hose. Air...

I would set it slightly up from center if you can. If it's stuck at center, I would probably just leave it. All the way up will make it hop out of the water on a hard launch.

This seems to be normal. Some times my ZXi will run the self test when you turn the key on, some times it doesn't.

Since you say there is no difference when running it on the hose, which essentially runs the cooling system backwards, the water would have to be by-passing the cylinders. The only way I can see that...

Only way you're going to get that little under hull plate is to find a junk ski that they will let you take it off of, or make one by hand. Just do a mirror image copy of the other side out of sheet...
