You yourself a favor and install a Fizzle intercooler. Stock intercoolers are very prone to failing.

Don't blow out the condensation. Any good intercooler will condensate and it's excellent for performance. Research water injection. Snow Performance water injection systems. ;)

Ground is anywhere metal on the engine. Just route the ground wire to the bolt that holds the coil down on the valve cover.

I've always pulled the supercharger to check and set slip. You have to pull it anyway to tighten the slip on it.

If they have never been rebuilt then I would absolutely rebuild them. You run high risk of a bearing failure.
