Quick update, new sensor in and all good, just sorted leaking exhaust and reason for water in Hull, so thanks for all your help.

Cheers HDAV, just checked the anode, all good,little to no wear on it, surprised as 190 hrs on it.
buddy of mine has a few sensors so hopefully this will sort it, I do think it’s it ok.

Hopefully this is it, but it sure looks like it.

Well it looks like “no 19” OEM diagram thermo sensor in head, as you said HDAV! Corroding all around wires at head.

Meant to say it is a new Gel battery and I put voltametre on it and it’s same as what’s on clock, 12.6 to 12.8-13 when revs are up, I have a new voltage reg and to reads the same!! So not sure what...
