i'm full fuel system, tune, intake, exhaust, fizzle, cams, tune, impeller, nozzle work at 90....

Best thing to do is get as much data as you can speed/rpm, nozzle diameter, etc and call or email Dean. He's a wiz on with these things He dialed my nozzle and pitch in great.

For the bone stock comparison test can you do a flash to remove the speed limiter, or a scom. A true test of the machine should not be limited by the coast guard's limitations. All of these...

You can pretty much expect 1 mph from every 100rpm. It all depends on what rpm the impeller is pitched to. but I would suspect you're looking at about 8,000 rpm 80mph give or take 1 or 2 mph.

Air reading 17 is a bad sensor. Install a heat sink or extension and new sensor its getting wet. As far as the plugs your middle two are lean. I'd bet the tune is for a ski without a ribbon delete...

Time the cams with the dots on the cam and the middle cap arrows. They should look identical to the the other ones by eye. You're good.

Tape should be fine. I put some red loctite on mine.

Air filter, tune, and impeller is a great start. Consider Dean's tunes they are excellent, and he does a tune and impeller combo.

Forum member jim c does a gauge pod for the gp and the fz dash. I have one and ordered a second. Holding up great so far and look great matching the plastic for the most part. Look him up.

'15 definitely the way to go. Timing chain upgraded?, 160mm pump setup and next gen supercharger. Well worth the 3,000

We built two skis one with exhaust and one with the Tj mod. Nearly identical speed wise.

Heli Coil kit is going to be your best bet for sure.
