The GreenHulk PWC Performance Forums have grown tremendously over the past years and we thank all of you for being a part of this growing community. In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules. There really isn't anything new in this section and almost all of these rules existed on our forum in various places. What rules we have added were added to help keep [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] a happy and friendly community.

General Rules

  • No one is to be permitted to sell parts commercially on this forum. This also includes solicitations to perform work commercially, or the selling of information packages. Requests should be submitted to the contact us link at the bottom of this page.
  • While debating and discussion are fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
  • Posts, signatures, attachments and images should be kept clean. Nudity of any sort will be deleted without warning.
  • Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
  • Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
  • Discussion of politics, economy and elections are prohibited and will be removed at the discretion of our moderators.
  • Advertising, spamming and trolling are not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, visitor messages, blog comments, picture comments and private message systems to spam other members.
  • Please stay on topic . Moderators may delete off topic posts.
  • Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. Around 24 hours.
  • Usage of the classified section is restricted to members with 25 posts or more.
  • We do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate GreenHulk community standards. The GreenHulk team shall be the sole arbiter of what does and what does not violate community standards.
  • Discussion of illegal activities or intellectual property violations are not allowed. This includes providing links to copy-written material, such as watercraft manuals.
  • Repeated posting or linking to copyright protected materials may result in termination of a member's account.
  • Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
  • While we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about competitor's products, we will not tolerate blatant adverts. Also, we would appreciate it if you refrain from blatant bashing of other competitor's products, service or sites..
  • If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.
  • Posts discussing moderator actions are not allowed.
  • Posts bashing, attacking or harassing members or moderator are not allowed.
  • Posts can be removed at any time at the sole discretion of the moderators.
  • Private messages should be considered confidential information and reposting private messages without permission is prohibited.
  • Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
  • We reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules.

Advertising Services and Solicitation

  • We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Explicit advertising and solicitating in signatures is also prohibited.
  • We do not allow selling PWC services and parts or performance packages, as we offer these already. Exceptions can be made. Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to send us your request.

Links and Images in Signatures

  • Linking to a commercial product/service is fine, provided it is not a product or service that competes with a product or service offered by GreenHulk and it is not an affiliate program link for PWC parts or any other affiliate program.
  • Promotional text for a commercial product or service is ok, provided there are no price(s) of product(s) or service(s) listed.
  • A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain product(s) and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site is not sexual or does not violate GreenHulk community standards.
  • Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed.
  • Images must be clean in nature, nudity is prohibited.
  • All signatures must be made in English
  • Moderators can change offensive signatures or signatures that violate any rules listed on this page.

Avatars

  • Avatars must be safe for family viewing. Nudity and revealing avatars are not allowed.
  • Avatars that may be confused with official staff avatars are not allowed.
  • The moderator staff shal be the sole arbitrator of what avatars are allowed on the forum.
  • Avatars can be removed without notice and repeated removal by the staff may result in a ban.

Classifieds

  • Members will have to have made over 25 contributory posts before you can create a new post in the classified sections.
  • Search the feedback section for feedback on buyer or seller.
  • Anyone known to be selling illegal parts or not completing a sale promptly will be removed from the forum or classified section and contact information sent to parties involved in the dispute.
  • [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] will help in any way we can to resolve a dispute but [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] and the staff are not responsible for obtaining complete resolution.
  • No dealer or commercial sales without authorization.
  • Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. Around 24 hours.
  • Usage of the classified section is restricted to members with 25 posts or more.
  • You must post Year, Model and Description of parts for sale.
  • No Auctions, lotteries, drawings, games of chance etc.
  • Cross posting and duplicating your post is not allowed.
  • We do not allow selling of stolen goods, guns or ammo.
  • Selling of Information Only packages is prohibited.
  • Selling Skis or Engines with out V.I.N., paper work or title is prohibited.
  • Soliciting for Titles, Paperwork or V.I.N. is prohibited.
  • Posts should be positive on sale threads, anyone unnecessarily discrediting or posting negative stuff will have the posts removed. Exceptions to this will be made when seller/buyer have a known history or negative information in the feedback section.
  • Only 1 member per post, that means if you have a similar item for sell or wanted to buy, then start a new thread.
  • When a sell is completed please state so either by editing the original post or replying to your thread.
  • Posts older than 60 days are archived on the system.
  • If somebody says "Dibs" or they "want it" or "will take it" it is customary and expected to give them first chance and so on in order. Playing favorites or excluding someone will get you a bad rep and that will hinder future sales. This must be done on the open forum, pm's have caused too many issue and should be used for trading personal info etc. Keep it fair!
  • We provide a forum for buyer/seller feedback. Please use it help future members.
  • Even when disputed mentioned in the feedback section are resolved the posts are not deleted. It's a good idea to keep your buyer/seller happy to avoid being listed.
  • Posts in the classified section can be removed at any time at the sole discretion of our moderators.

Although the administrators and moderators of the GreenHulk community will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of GreenHulk forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
