Unidentified port on 2021 GP1800R

Hey guys,

Just went for my first ride on my new 2021 GP. When I got home i took off the seats to clean the engine and surrounding areas and noticed this little do-hickey on the engine cover. There is a clear line attached to it underneath that goes to the intake elbow. Haven't noticed it on any other GP so not sure if its a 2021 thing or a dealer installed item. I'm guessing the latter because my GP came with cleats on both sides but no other GP that I have seen has them either. I figured it might be for fogging the engine when winterizing, but there is no such thing in Florida, lol.

Yeah, I agree, no complaints from them at all, really helped me with everything along the way. Was just curious about the port.

I would expect the dealer would have included some customer instructions or paper describing what that is and how to use the fogging port(s).
