  1. Tap it with a rubber mallet until u hear it click. Don't forget to put a worm clamp or similar over it after.
  2. Saw a tip that you posted on how to replace a thermostat on a boat either similar or exactly like my 06 RXT. My thermo housing popped while riding last weekend. I bought the cooler thermostat to install but I'm having a very difficult time getting the nipple to seat back into the thermo housing. The tabs look like they are relatively still in tact and the O-ring is in place but the two pieces just wont seat up. They may if I really force it but haven't wanted to go that route yet. Can you give me any advice? Thanks, Mike Grogan

    If you put a stock 215 supper charge 4 tec in that gti that you are building. Would it be any faster then a stock rxp? or it would be a waste of time unless there was Big time motor work or a turbo was done? I rode 07 gti in 3-4 chop and loved the way it cut threw it. But the stock motor was way under power. Thanks for your time.
