I was thinking since i have the water hose flush port on the cooling rail installed, that i could actually just tie in there and choke it down on the outlet of the stator jacket. It's already there, comes off of the main line, and it wouldn't hurt anything to disconnect it because it's not needed often.

Do you have any information on how to repair the accel pump non-return valve in the CDKII carb? I am having great difficulty getting my accel pump to work on my 1999 Polaris SLTX triple CDKII set up.
